Morty's green has been our most popular glaze in the studio for years.

Morty's shows texture and wall thickness better than any other glaze we mix. With a little bit of rutile in there, it can sparkle on just the right brown clay body. If you are looking for great combinations, Morty's loves to layer with Ocean Blue and Twilight.

We like to fire to Cone 5 with a 15 minute hold (that's a 6 if you use a cone pack or a kiln sitter). The gallon size is formulated for dipping, not brushing.
