Sunday Solo Hand-building Class

Service Description

Time: 5:45pm-7:45pm Ages: 10 and up Capacity: 10 students One order ($70) gets you: one seat in the class, clay, a rental tool kit, glazing, and firings. Come hand-build with us! Each Solo Handbuilding Class, students will make a different project based on the basic handbuilding techniques of coils, slabs, and pinch pots! Projects will be decorated using stamps, underglaze, or clay attachments as demonstrated by the teacher. At the end of the lesson, students will choose a glaze color from three options to have their work glazed in. Underglaze-decorated work will be glazed in a zinc-free clear to emphasize your colors and designs! Pickup of your work takes about a month.
