Duration: Three weeks, with an additional one day glaze class

Learn the basics of handbuilding and surface decoration! In this class, you're instructor will go in depth into one handbuilding technique and its applications for functional and sculptural work. Each session will feature a different technique and corresponding projects to solidify each student's understanding of handbuilt pottery. No experience necessary!
 
Class includes a 25lb bag of clay,  a set of tools to borrow, and all of your firing costs will be covered. Students are also welcome to come in outside of class to practice as much as they like. Additional clay, glazes, or tools may be purchased at a discount in our retail area. This class is three consecutive weeks with an additional glaze class.
